      • At Soothing Strands, your appointment is a reserved time dedicated exclusively to your care. To ensure we can provide the highest level of service to all of our guests, we observe the following policy with Rescheduling & Cancellation within 24-hours, and No-Shows that may affect your next booking. 
      • Due to the customized nature of scalp and hair treatments and the time dedicated to each session, all services are non-refundable. If you have any concerns regarding your treatment please notify us within 24 hours of your appointment time.
